Controller
Aliberk Yılmaz, Harelbeke, Belgium, is the controller for this website and enquiries received. Flandopak is an initiative being established, without a KBO or VAT number. Contact: info@flandopak.com.
Data and purpose
We process your name, company, email, product choice, usage (or that it is unknown), delivery location and acknowledgment that you have read this notice. Phone, notes and sample requests are optional. We use this to assess and answer your business enquiry and discuss the next steps you request. Do not include sensitive personal data. Required fields are necessary to submit the form; you can also email us directly.
Legal basis
Our basis is our legitimate interest in answering voluntarily submitted business enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). We limit collection to what is needed and balance our interest against your privacy. The acknowledgment is not marketing consent. We do not use enquiries for unsolicited newsletters, profiling or solely automated decisions.
Service providers
FormSubmit receives the form data and forwards it to info@flandopak.com. Cloudflare routes the email to our Gmail mailbox at Google. The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare; these services may process IP addresses, browser information and access logs for delivery and security. We do not sell personal data or share it with prospective manufacturers without first discussing this with you.
International processing
Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Their privacy notices describe their processing and safeguards. We have not been able to confirm FormSubmit’s processing location or specific contractual transfer safeguards. You can bypass the form and email us directly; email service providers remain involved.
Retention
We delete enquiries that do not lead to an order from active records and our mailbox no later than 12 months after the last contact. Aliberk Yılmaz performs this manually; the website does not automatically clear the mailbox. FormSubmit documents a 30-day period for its own copy. If you order, we will separately explain retention of contract and invoice data. Data demonstrably needed for a legal obligation or ongoing dispute is retained only as long as necessary. Technical logs and backups follow the relevant provider’s retention periods.
Cookies and security
This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies of its own. Cloudflare may set necessary security cookies, such as __cf_bm against bots (expires after 30 minutes of inactivity) and cf_clearance when a security check is needed, to remember that your browser passed the check. Validity depends on the security settings; expiry is visible in your browser. Flandopak does not use these cookies for advertising. Form data is transmitted over HTTPS.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where legal conditions apply, you also have a right to data portability. Email info@flandopak.com. We normally respond within one month and may request proportionate information to verify your identity. We will explain any applicable legal exception. You may complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority without our permission.
